Getting Help with Your Request
Although it is not required, you may want help with your request for review.
One option is to have a representative. A representative is someone who can speak for you and help you with paperwork.
A representative can be a friend, a family member, a lawyer, or another professional.
If there are any costs with having a representative, you will be responsible for these. You may have access to free legal services or free consultations with a legal advisor.
CART does not recommend particular lawyers and we do not claim that any organization or lawyer will meet your needs. It is your responsibility to get a representative or legal help that is appropriate for your situation.
